Masa Sushi Sake Bar Japanese Restaurant

The restaurant is a big mess, it feels like a parking space not a restaurant, please check the photos! The food is terrible with all means that Calamari was unchewable it was pieces of hard rubber. Do not expect your table to be freed from the finished plates, no one came to take some of the plates from our table, even as we entered and until we left the table next to us, was never cleaned, and that was because of the workers were busy on their phones behind the stairs. We were the only customers there. Please save your money for a better place.

I have often visited here in the past, but it has become so dirty and the smell is not that of fresh fish. The freshness of the fish is gone. I have the LS 1 Sashimi Special on Saturday 10/22 at 3 p.m. The fish tasted no different from the salmon and it was not fresh. I'm in a piece of white fish Nitriri that had a red sauce on it and knew it wasn't fresh. It was no doubt. I spit it out and even inspected and smelled the other fish notice that it either burned freezer or sat in a refrigerator predried. I eat Sashimi at least 3-4 times a week and was reminded of why I don't eat here anymore. Salad in salad was yellowed and dry. I ended with 24 hours of food poisoning and was MISERABLE of this visit. You know they have it. RERVING TRULY FRESH FOOD.

The sushi was good, but our service was not, Madison served us and told us that she couldn't tell us what was in the roles when we asked about something on the menu? Did she tell us? No one orders this? instead of saying, let me find out what's in it for you. When she wanted to take our order, she ran to get a door-dieh order, not sure whether it was for her or if someone picked up. when we left and asked for a box, she brought us a little and when I was looking for a bigger box, she bothered and made a face with us, she was pretty rude not sure why.

I often go here and typically have a positive experience. Unfortunately, this was not the last visit when we stopped for lunch. The waitress was not attentive and still claimed to be wounded, but the dining room had some tables filled and she stayed in an area where we could see clearly that she was talking to another employee. Close tables also seemed annoyed how long the service was. We had to stop another waiter twice to ask for things that our waitress had not brought.

If this was just a rating of the food, it?d be a 4. But the service sadly is a 2. Got seated. Waited about 10 mins to get my drink order. Food came out. Didn?t get silverware or napkins. Didn?t get my whole order had to ask. Took about an hour total.
