Pho Banh Mi - Dickinson

I been here before awhile ago when they first opened and remembered that their food was decent. My family and I were hungry and wanted to eat viet food the other day so we decided to stop here since it's near all the places we're running errands today. The restaurant only had one other table when we arrived and by the time we sat down to order, they already finished their food and left. We ordered our foods and it came out promptly. My rice platter was okay 4/5. Nothing too out of the ordinary. The flavors were above average but I just felt like something was missing. My husband ordered the pho tai (4/5) but it looked like they were stingy with their meats. Broth was good, he liked it. My mom ordered banh mi but I didn't try it and she said it was just average. So there's that review. We ordered boba as well but they completely forgot about it until we asked for the check. On top of that, they forgot tapioca in our drinks. The whole place was empty at this point but the two servers were too busy with each other to notice. I will probably not be back. Food is decent but it isn't amazing. Service is a joke.

Didn't get a chance to try the pho because they had none. They only had chicken pho and didn't even have hot tea. It was an odd experience to go to a pho restaurant and be told they didn't have beef pho.

Terrible service. We placed an order to go for spring rolls along with two dinner plates. I asked the guy who handed me my food if peanut sauce was in the bag and without looking he assured me it was there. Came home, and you guessed it. No peanut sauce. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know and no one picked up the phone after 5 phone calls. This happened on the evening of 12/12/21. Will not be returning.

Lovely restaurant with quiet, ethereal vibes. The staff are extremely friendly, and on top of that, the food is amazing! Had my first try today and was impressed. The pork banh mi was absolutely delicious as was the side of broth, and the chicken lettuce wraps were to die for. Treated myself to blueberry tea with tapioca as a dessert. They got themselves a new regular!

I was so disappointed that my Pho take out order came with just 2/3 the amount of broth instead of A full broth container. The large and small were the same exact size just paid more for the large . Paid extra $2 for 4 packets of sriracha and 4 packets of hoisin sauce. The only veggies were green onions ‍ The broth tasted pure and delicious. The amount of rice noodles was reduced by 1/3 and taste over cooked (slimy) . This disappointed me as I would have preferred consistency because the last time I ordered I had a full containers of broth and much more rice noodles. They should have compensated me for running out of the basil and other greens or adding something else.But instead I got charged extra for sauce packets that you get free when dining in... We 've been ordering take out from here for a few years and it 's been going down hill but today, was a total disaster. and will go elsewhere from here on after the staff wasn 't so friendly when I brought this to their attention.
