Taco John's - Dickinson

Taco john’s is great. the customer service is great, eating is excellent. hands down my favorites almost food place. this visit was not an exception. that was my first time here, and I will go back in a way when I am in a position.

It was a typical visit to get something to eat, but it was fast and no waiting line went through

Hands-down worst fast food place/experience I’ve ever had. Zero customers in the store maybe to three people in the drive through. Ordered my food, waited about 15 minutes went to check up on my order. One guy looked at my order/number. I ordered two chicken tacos and super nachos. Guy comes back with just nachos. I don’t understand how someone could actually mess up an order that simple after 20 minutes not even acknowledge anything. The manager or the person that refunded me wasn’t concerned at all.

As soon as I pull up to order I’m told to hold on. After waiting for 10 minutes with no apology I’m told “go ahead and order”. I order 2 items and they’re both wrong. It wasn’t busy at all, so I’m not sure what they were doing.

They gave us very very spicy sauce instead of just a normal queso sauce on our street tacos, but this is not the only bad experience we’ve had
