McDonald's - Dickson

Alhamdulillah. this mcdonald’s restaurant is semi-certified, so I have no care to eat here. the certificate is displayed near the cash register with the half-menu elements on the list. Just make sure to read the list before its order, because not all menus half. but I couldn't be happier to have a halal mcdonald in this city.

Dirty untidy restaurant and carpark and bathrooms. Not inviting, guess that's why drive through is so popular. Though you need to check you order, they seem pretty forgetful. Not pleasant dining here.

I don 't know why we bothered as whenever we eat at McDonalds there is always a problem . We have never eaten here before so we were hopeful that our Breakfast would be OK. We ordered 2 Big Brekkie Burger Meals . It should consist of Toasted Sesame Seed Bun with a Beef Patty , Egg , rasher Bacon , a Hash Brown and Cheese , also a cup of Coffee and a Hash Brown separately . We had trouble just placing the order . The staff member kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain that we did Not want BBQ sauce in the Burger but Tomato Sauce . However we eventually place the order and took our seats to await our Meals . A few minutes later they arrived . So far so good Ooops , spoke too soon . We had 2 coffees , 2 Burgers , only 1 Hash Brown . I went to the counter to enquired only to be told by the server that I had only ordered 1 meal . I told her No I asked quite clearly I ordered 2 meals .She didn 't know what to do so she went to get a Supervisor . I explained what had happened to him . After an in depth explanation to him he said he would get me the missing Hash Brown. However they had none cooked so I had to wait another 2 minutes while they cooked them and another minute while they packed and served 3 or 4 for orders in Drive Through . I eventually got the errant Hash Brown . I returned to my Table where my Wife was waiting and we began our meal , by now almost cold . Halfway through my Burger I noticed that neither of the Burgers had any Bacon or the request Tomato Sauce . By now we were totally over it so we finished our meal and left vowing never to return

The coffee was do weak it tasted like warm milk. I complained and got another one which was the same. McDonald's coffee is my favourite brand but this was the worst one I have ever had. The other people with us said the same
