Online order was supposed be ready 7:39. 7:41 check-in waited till 8:05 went in still had to wait another 10 mins then they forgot gravy and iced latte was watered down from melted ice. Biscuits and gravy without gravy is just biscuits.!.!Eggs were runny not medium like I ordered. Why the heck do we give online tips and place orders online if we still get subpar service? I even tried calling multiple times and no one ever answered. Am I suppose to drive 30 minutes back to the store for gravy?!?! Overall the food was ok aside from being cold, watery latte, runny eggs and no gravy. And it's not like the place was packed either lots of empty tables and parking places open. And 50 bucks? Never again! Parking: Lots of empty spots at 8 am
