O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Dickson

The food was great, especially the cedar tree salmon. However, the waitress was more interested in having long conversations with what seemed like people she knew. I even saw her wearing a little kid around the restaurant when I got up to use the toilet room. The service was very slow. We drank several times and waited for refills. If she had been busy, that would have been different, but where two tables literally stayed in conversation.

8/27/21 My husband and I visited TN for our anniversary and we heard about this place so we had to try it. BEST FOOD WE HAVE EVER HAD!! I couldn?t have asked for better customer service. I didn?t get more pictures of the food because we were too busy eating but I did snap a picture of their loaded potato soup. I promise it will not disappoint! We will definitely be coming back!!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the host.very sweet girl with the friendly smile! She took us to our table and I couldn't help but notice how clean the setup was! Great workers!! I had the fillet mignon with garlic butter and fries. One of the best steaks I had! Cooked to the perfect temp and very juicy as well as with incredible taste! Our server was excellent that he ensured that our glasses were never empty and deleted the table as we ate, so we were not stabbed by plates and garbage etc. my friend had the ribs with Fritten! He said they were excellent and he would definitely get them back!! Overall we had a GREAT experience at this point and we will soon be VERY!

Stopped into this location recently and wow!! The staff is extraordinary! The hostess went out of her way to help my grandmother to our table! The entire staff went above and beyond to stop and check on us throughout our dining experience. The bald gentlemen in management stopped by as well. Carried great conversation. We will be stopping to this location more often. Thank you for your kindness O?Charley?s staff!

Update: I wanted to update this review and thank you for giving me the opportunity to fix it, the customer service I received was over and beyond, we are happy to come back soon! Chose Curbside to go tonite, usually this place is spot on instead of I sat outside 20 minutes past my?ready? Time and hadn't seen any employee yet. I decided to go inside and see what the problem was, but my food was on the shelf. I understand being busy, but let someone know, now I'm coming home and my food is very warm, very disappointed.
