L'espérance - Dieppe

Very good restaurant of dieppe. without chichi.very good kitchen and very good price on this day of fair with herrings and st jacco shells. g has known for 20 years. Recommended reservation.

So far it was good but why activate regulars: serve the entrance before the aperitif is finished to speed up by being unfriendly. Too bad!

When we get here without reservation, we're given a table anyway. friendly and very pleasant staff, a homemade and delicious menu. more than reasonable rates with a 1st price menu at 14.95€: entry, dish and dessert! drinks without prohibitive rates. to recommend without hesitation!

Very disappointing: we have arrived a little late in service (13h30) to eat fried mussels. After 20 minutes of waiting to take our order, the waitress tells us that they close in the evening and so that they no longer have some products on the map, including mussels ... but also all that is on the map of the day (more fish of the day), more shrimp in the salad, more meat ... in short it would have been more wise to tell us when we arrived. too late to change the restaurant, we pass order with the last products that it remains, hoping that the quality will be in the rdv. after 40 very long minutes of waiting we ended up eating rubbery wings of raie, with fries certainly home but not cooked, the children ate burgers with bread bought in supermarket ... very disappointed by this restaurant that would have done better to close the noon also the only positive point remains the waitresses who were very friendly

Nothing to say just excellent. We ate there tonight (Oct 2021). We will come back with great pleasure. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a restaurant with a great value for money.
