We were only there for a short while and had a drink while we waited for our take away. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Will need to go back for a proper dine in experience.
On arrival we were charged R150 and were not told what it was for or if it's something new. We had dinner and cocktails. Maybe we picked the wrong night because there was football and also quite a lot of very young people some very drunk sitting in the parking. Not sure if I would go back to that branch. Rather go to Jozi Gin Cedar Square for a more relaxed ambience
Terrible service. Venue cannot accommodate events as it becomes very very crowded! Approached a group of 3 waiters for service, they had ignored me and split into 3 different directions. Shocking to say the least. Rather make Gin Cocktails at home as the one I had ordered wasn't all that great either. We wanted to order a meal and the waiter advised that the kitchen can only make pizza as it was pretty late. I feel that really isn't very accommodating especially if you require a small meal and not an entire pizza and no I did not wish to take the leftovers home. I wanted a small meal. I do not see myself going back based on this experience.
I booked a birthday dinner here and double-checked the booking I made days before and again 2 hours before I arrived. I arrived at the venue just to be told that they have an event no one said to me about and that my guests and I needed to pay an R150 entrance fee each. I was fuming when I was told that the person who was booking for me neglected to say to me about this I had to call in two 2 branches before I found one with no entrance fee, absolutely ridiculous!
