Chef Pierre Nippkow and Vanessa Riedemann, restaurant manager Sommelière, and their teams have prepared us at the Ostseelounge restaurant in the Strandhotel Fischland in Dierhagen for a completely successful evening with great taste experiences that are more than just satisfying the requirements of a Michelin star. Unprecedentedly perfectly prepared dishes and perfectly matched wines, as well as friendly and overall perfect service, and not least a very pleasant rhythm in which the individual courses were presented, deserve highest praise. A gourmet experience of this quality is even rare for regular connoisseurs of star cuisine.
