I've reserved the phone in the local blinker. the menu was not visible here online, so we trusted in positive voice on the net. the positive vote with my phone reservation continued. the man on the phone confirms flott and friendly my reservation request. when we arrived. . Parking is available to the hotel and restaurant guest in front of the house. already the very well maintained outdoor area with park-like garden made a first and very good impression. . arrived at the hotel lobby welcomed us a friendly staff. Reservation and proof of inoculation have been checked quickly. inside took over a standing service worker and accompanied us on the reserved table. beautiful place, attractive covered, comfortable seating. the entire dining room was probably only recently renovated. . convenient distances between tables, reinforced tablecloths and fabric napkins. fresh Dahlias, perhaps from her own garden, brought strong color-upfers into the restaurant room. I liked the ceiling lights that were probably inspired by the amber. the lighting in the restaurant very pleasant. . with better trained rest, initially quite serious and vocabulary, the service owner gave us the cards and asked for first drinks. as usual, we ordered a bottle of mineral water. this was only 0.5 l dose € 4.90 followed later a second bottle. for aperitif we chose both aperol sprizz € 7,50. we stumbled in the thoughtful and unloaded menu. Regional and Mediterranean fresh cuisine, which has been selected from the interchangeable range of many Baltic restaurants. we gave our order (I hope I remember the names) herrn rudolph. Changes were not a problem. little later, the kitchen welcomed with a cool and refreshing vitaminshot, mango wood fruit and melon. our appetizer: Geröstete Jacobsmuscheln on red Bete carpaccio with belugalinen € 18.90 was served after a pleasant waiting period. fried jakobsmuschelen on red bete carpaccio with belugalinsen we chose dry riesling from the famous weingut robert, because Rheingau and dry grayburgunder, weingut hot baths. the appetizer tasted as good as it looked. finely marinated, thin-thin bete. the Beluga lenses with light bite, also pleasantly marinated and matched with finely cut beveled and root vegetables. Salt potatoes of the cucumber salad, made classic with dill, had unfortunately drawn a lot of liquid, tasteful but also he was very good. gurkensalat as my main dish were also spaghetti shrimp, olive oil, garlic, coriander, freshly planned parmesan shrimp € 21.80 for my husband not too small. It was clear that my husband still creates a dessert. for crème brûlée with beerenobst € 8.50 was on the dessert card. my husband ordered the creamy dessert without the fruits. crème brûlée so he was very satisfied and extremely fair was dessert reduced with € 7.50 the decorated baked rolls were however quite edible. Tonight everything was over and we decided spontaneously not to dare an experiment for the last night of the hurricane. herr rudolph confirmed our demand for a table for 2 people. because a lobster in the form of another table request says a lot. we were very friendly and we were looking forward to the next night. the next night a little shorter: the appetizer of the previous evening should be for my husband again. The potato torrosti of another appetizer was also tempted. herr rudolph mastered the service again impeccable, short conversations with him were very pleasant and of course the jakobsmuschel appetizer with rösti (unfortunately not homemade.) jakobsmuschelen, red bete carpaccio, belugalinen, rösti without price, the lush appetizer, € 18,90, as we later noticed. I chose the spicy fresh fish bouillon with many local fish and fine cuts € 8.90 fishbouillon the fine suppe perfectly meets all expectations – very fine. for my husband: fried zanderfilet, potato gratin, salad set € 25,80. also this main court convinces, including the supplements. for me: plucked pork carving, fresh pifferlings in cream, rosemary spices € 25,80 pork carving with fresh pifferlings the proud price for pig carving can be justified with the good part of fresh pifferlings. golden brown and juicy roast the carving, decorated with crispy potatoes. I ordered the seedlings without cream, just fried. the mushrooms had a good aroma and were, like the carving, discreet and well seasoned. to dessert my husband was allowed to repeat: crème brûlée without beer egg € 7.50. Conclusion: fresh and handmade and tastefully prepared dishes. beautiful and immaculate clean environment. not hotel guests are welcome. very good service. Overall, this justifies for me the somewhat elevated pricing. a successful and very pleasant holiday success. the specified price refers to the first night. the second evening was almost identical to € 128,00.
I recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Price a little high, but all tiptop.

Very nice, relaxing, clean, very neat .Eating, super tasty breakfast buffet, there is nothing that there is not staff nice and accommodating, except yesterday, the lady at the reception, everything was too much for her.
For too long, but the memories don't fade. A great small hotel with very friendly staff, whether service or reception. No wish remained unfulfilled, grandiose cuisine. Very recommended.Sometimes again. Oh, especially worth a trip in winter.
