I'm a lonely girl and I saw the restaurant and I found that he looked good. There were only 2 tables of 4 people available outside, so I sat down and opened my book while waiting for a menu. the female staff member rushed to me and said loudly that the table was for only 4 people. I said I was just one and I just wanted to eat, but she said loud and strong that single customers had to eat inside. I asked if we could separate the tables (two small close tables) but she said grossly no, I had to go in. People were watching. I was so embarrassed that I rushed. Horrible customer service.

From my work I eat very often in the restaurant, in large cities and in small ones. I never leave a tripleadvisor opinion. from family to dijon, we opt for this small Italian restaurant that looks typical. the displayed prices are a little high but good ... we try. the reception is not very pleasant, they want to go fast and chain the services. pasta dishes are any and not very copied, the parmesan served is the same as in a bad pizzeria. in dessert we take a tiramisu, in general very good at real Italians, but here it is the exception that confirms the rule. they don't use coffee but some kind of coffee aroma syrup that makes it very sweet. the cream has a bitter taste, since the part of tiramisu was served at room temperature, we wonder if it did not tour. We're not done. Despite its typical side, its Italian accents, its gault macaron and vintage, its unproven map that are usually synonymous with good address, this restaurant is a real tourist catch. for info : between 15 and 19 € the dish of pasta and 8 € the tiramisu
As we arrive at the restaurant, we are already pushed by the manager who doesn't even send us a hint, as to signify that we are on his way, and then draw a table that he tells us of his finger. No hello or thanks, very dry answers about the questions we had on the dishes. servings too fair for a dish of pasta at 19€. When the time comes to pay, we ask to settle so that we are answered in a very dry way "we pay inside". Finally, our change was made to 2 centime coins. and to crown it all, the managers were already storing tables and chairs while customers always had their plates in front of them. Instead, I advise them to close their establishment, given the pleasure they have to serve their clients.
