Snake River Saloon - DILLON

I want to express how poorly my party was treated. I made my reservation on OpenTable on 12/7/21. When we arrived at the Snake River Saloon, we were told by the very RUDE hostess, “We have not been on OpenTable since November.” How in the heck would I have known that?!!! I had a confirmation number from OpenTable and TRUSTED the system works. The hostess then stated, “We are on TOCK. We cannot accommodate you this evening.” I have been a patron of the Snake River Saloon for over 30 years. They did not offer a gift card or anything for our inconvenience. It was a Friday night and forced to eat at a Food Hall in Silverthorne. Like I said, I made my reservation on December 7, 2021 for a March 4,2022 dinner with my family.

First negative review I have ever left in my life. Do not go here.

Restaurant did not honor my Valentine's reservation made months ago. I even showed confirmation email and they still walked us. Ruined the date night. Stay away!

I made my reservations weeks in advance. we got to the reservation on time and we were told that Snake river is no longer using Opentable. the manager said they havent used it since November 2022. She was extremely rude when explaining the situation as if it was our fault for making the reservation on Opentable. She did offer us a reservation for the same time the following night, but the overall attitude of the manager really turned us off. we did not wind up going back there. Please remove them from Opentable if this is in fact true.
