Starbucks - DILLON

I worked for Starbucks a total of 12 years as a barista, shift supervisor, and store manager. I have a lot of grace and understanding for those working in such a challenging environment and all the minor details that can make it so things that the average customer just isn't going to see. For this reason, I hate to say it, but believe it to be justified that...this might be one of the worst ones I've been in. All trashes overflowing, trash all on the floor behind the bar, half full milk carton sitting out on the counter ... might be understandable if they were really going thru some heavy drive thru or cafe traffic, but they were not. Not at all. And they were moving so slowly. Not a motivated bunch for sure. The person taking my order was scrolling her phone that lay on the counter as I took a moment to decide what to order. If this were my store, I would be horrified.Wednesday 8/9/2023 4:45pm, 3, possibly 4 people working. I won't be coming here again unless the reviews significantly improve. ?

What an unpleasant experience getting off i 95 to find this disgusting place, the truth is, you must have very low self-esteem to work in such desecrated conditions, this Starbucks store is like a sewer. I regret a thousand and one times that I took the time to stop. Here is a disgusting experience ? in my opinion they should tear down this store and build a new one with everything new including the attitude of the staff needs to be renewed, I bet I’ll Need therapy after this experience ???‍?

Very understaffed. Honestly the slowest Starbucks I've been to.. however, the manager/lead was very receptive and trying his best to let everyone know what drinks he was making, and who was next.

We went in at 8:35 PM and they had no coffee brewed because they were about to close . You are a COFFEE PLACE and you don 't close until 9 PM. Instead of turning your machines off early, utilize your closing preparation time by cleaning the place. It was filthy. O, and they also messed up my order but of course I didn 't discover that until we were 5 miles down the road. The kid at the register was clueless and didn 't know anything about the menu.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy EVERYWHERE. Don't assume this is a good place to stop and get a drink and use a the bathroom , you will probably get sick. Never been to a dirtier Starbucks. Think gross truck stop bathroom. Nothing was clean in the drink prep area either. Counters were full of spills and trash. .
