Hello, I placed an order at 2:25 PM and it was delivered at 6:37 PM, taking 3 hours. We were informed about the delay, but I couldn't reach them by phone. Service: 1.

Terrible experience. We placed our order at 6:40 PM, and now it’s 9:25 PM!!! They promised a wait time of 1.5 hours. The time has passed, and we’ve received neither a call nor our order. We called them, and after a half-hour, we were told it would be delivered. Half an hour later, they called to say there was a delay. Another half hour has passed with no call or order. We had to call again. In the end, our order was only ready at 9:25 PM. What kind of customer service is this???!!! It’s awful! When we asked about someone from management being available, we received no answer. If we hadn't called to inquire about our order, we wouldn't have even known it was delayed. How can anyone place an order here with such disregard for customers??? Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It left a very unpleasant impression. This is not how you treat customers. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied!!!!

The rolls took 1.5 hours to arrive, and they charged an extra delivery fee even though we are located in Dinskaya. The delivery person was rude. I thought to myself, "Well, at least I can finally eat." I opened the bag only to find that all the sauce had spilled, leaving nothing. The rolls were flattened and so spicy that they were impossible to eat. The pizza was cold, and the pepperoni had only five thin slices of sausage on it. Thank you very much for a wonderful lunch!

We ordered delivery through the website. The operator called back to confirm the order. They mentioned a delivery time of 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. I called back after 1.5 hours and was informed that the call center operator was unaware of the high volume of orders, and our delivery would now take 2 hours. After 2.5 hours from the time of ordering, I called again only to find out that our order was still being prepared. They told me to expect delivery in another half hour. By that point, I had lost my appetite and declined the order. I do not recommend this establishment; you will be left hungry.
