Small cozy Italian restaurant affiliated with D'hôtel. They have wood fire oven with fresh pizza. Surprise to see this in dipolog. Definitely worth trying.
The Spaghetti Bolognese was the worst I've ever had the unfortunate experience of trying.
The food here is surprisingly quite good and well worth the money. You won't be disappointed if you try it. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a spicy pasta, and both dishes were enjoyable. They lacked the typical sweetness often found in Filipino cuisine; instead, they had a more Eurocentric flavor.
I absolutely adore the atmosphere of this restaurant—it's classic, cozy, clean, and offers a sense of privacy. It feels like the perfect getaway when I'm in the mood for a vacation without leaving the city. They have some signature dishes and specialties that are definitely worth trying. While their menu has a limited selection, every option is a must-try. Dining here really feels like a trip to another country, thanks to their delicious Italian dishes infused with Filipino flavors.
