Piccadilly - Dishpur

Situated close to Cotton College, this restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. It's a great spot to hang out with friends and grab a drink. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are generous compared to other restaurants in Guwahati. They have a large TV in the dining area that usually plays sports channels. The ambiance is good, but could be improved. We had a pleasant lunch experience with a couple of drinks. There was no loud music or rowdy teenagers, making it a peaceful dining environment.

A few years ago, Piccadilly underwent renovations and was closed down. When my family and I visited after the renovations were complete, we were pleased with the food and atmosphere. However, during a recent visit, we were disappointed. The restaurant no longer had a separate bar, and those consuming alcohol were very loud. It was not a suitable place to bring family in the evenings. Additionally, a service charge was added to the bill, which goes against recent laws. The food was mediocre. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Piccadilly.

Some years back, Piccadilly was closed for renovation. Visited with family when renovation was done and was happy about the food and the ambience. Went again recently and what a comedown. There was no separate bar and alcohol consumers were indeed noisy. Not a place to go with family in the evenings. Service charge was added in the bill although the law has recently been made clear on this. Food was so so. Good bye Piccadilly.

Good choice for Panbazar area to have a lunch or dinner. The restaurant provides indian food as well as various foods from different parts of the world. The restaurant also equipped with BAR, anyone can take a drink with good food also.

Located near cotton college...the place is centrally located...the food is good and the staff is courteous..nice place to have a drink with your friends...prices are competitive and serving size is better compared to other restaurants in Guwahati...they have a large tv in their dining area playing mostly sports channel....the ambience although good can be a bit better...we went for lunch and enjoyed the place over couple of drinks...no loud music..no shouting teenagers...
