Crafty Crab Seafood - DISTRICT HEIGHTS

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service and is dirty. The security tried to kick us out at 10:50, even though we hadn't received our food until 10:40 and they closed at 11. When we asked to speak to the manager, India, she refused to talk to us because it was past 11pm and she was off the clock. Despite reaching out to the owner, we have not heard back and will continue to post negative reviews until we do. As we left, the staff and security insulted us and cursed at us until we left.

Saturday date with a friend it was great. The only take back was that our salad was served at the same time as our entrée. Had to take it home, but I didn't want our food to get cold. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Terrible customer service at this restaurant. Be prepared to wait. The manager is just as bad as the staff. The food is decent, but not amazing. I won't be returning.

The service was extremely slow, and we were never checked on after the food was finally served. Left feeling thirsty and disappointed.
