It's unbelievable how frequently I visit this black-owned restaurant, despite consistently experiencing terrible customer service. The kids working there are always enjoyable to talk to, but the lady manager/owner has such negative energy and poor customer service. The kids often seem frustrated with her. She never smiles or greets customers, responds with just one-word answers, and carries an attitude that suggests we're a nuisance to her. I've taken my kids there twice in the past month. I usually don't write reviews, but I've been a regular at this location for years because it's close to home. However, after today's experience, I won't be coming back. The manager has always been rude, but today was the last straw. It doesn't take much to smile and greet someone. If you're that unhappy, maybe customer service isn't the right job for you. Or better yet, consider retiring!

Friendly staff. Location is always clean and well maintained. Usually have an excellent variety of flavors available. Ample parking.

Always a good time when grabbing some Water Ice. It sells itself on a hot day. PEACE

The machine broke while I was there but the workers got right on it and fixed it within 10 minutes. Custard came out tasty.
