A very elegant and excellent place in pastas. We ordered a lasagna and some futuccinis with mushrooms and olives. Very rich the two dishes. I always say that Montecatini is a fine, elegant place, so to speak, that compared to other places that pretend to be more than it ends up being an economic place. Excellent attention of Fiore, the mozo in Montecatini Palmares!. Capresse salad tickets and rabas are highly recommended. The main trout roasted with almond sauce, cappeletti Caruso and bondiola of pork were sublime. The brownie dessert with mascarpone ice cream is delicious. Relaxed and family friendly environment.
