We went for lunch, the price includes wine tasting at every step of lunch, being the latter a 4-step lunch with delicious options. If the day allows the best option is to sit outside to have beautiful views. Wines, excellent food and attention.
While it is a little far from Mendoza city, it is a good plan to have lunch and taste wines. The step-by-step menu Gaia is amazing — the richest we've ever tried this trip. The exquisite wines and during lunch you can ask to serve a little more in the cup. The place where the winery is located is beautiful, with a laguito and armchairs to rest. The only thing I do not recommend is the visit; it became very long and was not satisfactory.
Stunning place with vineyards of all kinds of grapes, we went unreservedly, fell at lunchtime. We were offered lunch for $25,000 x person where the entrance included more tastings. We couldn't get in since the winery tour started at 16 hours, too long to wait for the next tour.
We went to Gaia restaurant and then we did the guided tour. The exquisite food, we made a 4-step menu, each with 2 options to choose and equal for the pairing tell you what is the recommended wine for the chosen dish. In the visit they explain the fermentation process? the difference of a certified wine as organic and not the one!
