Luke's Lounge - Dixon

I got beaten up and robbed by the locals who are regulars there and the owner didn’t do any to help me!

Cash only. There's an ATM inside but avoid the $2.50 fee and grab cash beforehand. Place is clean for a dive bar which it is compared to Bud's and Dawsons on the same street. Service has always been friendly and can't complain when it gets busy. You will get served! Area out back to smoke and hangout. Texas Hold'em on Thursday's!

I always stop by Dixon a few times a year, usually during baseball season when we head back from an A's game. The people are friendly, and the drinks are great. I've had the pleasure of meeting some family members, including Mama Luke, who is just delightful. Her son, the owner, is a great guy who has a background in the service industry and was able to buy the business and the building. He's really doing things right—hats off to him! Everyone makes you feel welcome here, and I definitely recommend it.

The regular customers at this establishment are quite unpleasant. The bartender supports those regulars who provoke fights, and the owner permits their continued presence. I was assaulted twice there without any provocation. I advise you to avoid this place and not waste your money. There’s a much better bar across town.

This is a fantastic little dive bar! The service was exceptional, and the drinks were just perfect.
