Bad experience in this Hard Rock Cafe. After paying for lunch on Sunday May, 21, we were called back by the waitress. The payment was not successful and had to be made again. OK. In the end it turned out that we paid the same bill twice. According to the waitress and her manager, the system had detected this and would fix it. We are now three days further, but nothing happened. Expensive lunch of 2* 734.00 SKR!! We are not happy about this….

Get in buy a shirt and leave before the get to talk to you. The restaurantStaff is so disrespectful. Letting people wait, ignoring their order snacking in front of the clients, moving us from one table to another. I tell you, you can easily buy souvenirs without entering the restaurant and getting yelled at cuz u didnt present yourself at the desk. Its sad and unprofessional. At the end its your choice.
