4 times I've been there and still No Butter Pecan ice cream! Waffle cone stale...

The cake cones were stale and the sherbet was OKAY. I probably won't go back.

Well.....sign says Free Waffle Cone with purchase of 2 scoops .....only thing is they didn 't think to make any when they ran out 3 hours prior? So said the girl behind the counter! Really?...

My husband and I had a great experience the first time we visited this Baskin Robbins location, but our second visit was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible, with an employee named Kloe being very rude and unhelpful. They did not have all the ingredients for a banana split, and even forgot my husband's order while attending to someone behind us. We ordered a strawberry milkshake, but had to wait an hour for our drinks, only to find that my husband's shake was watery. It's clear that the staff at this location need better training on how to properly do their jobs. We paid full price for an order that was not made correctly, and as a result, we will not be returning.
