Cold Stone Creamery - Dodge City

Drove an hour just to get ice cream. So AMAZINGLY rude! No one could answer my simple ingredient question (how is an ice cream shop not able to answer whether one of their products is dairy free or not??? so that I could have a treat and not be incredibly sick. Finally a lady came up who barely spoke any English at all and said that it was safe. Well, of course, by this time I trust no one. Just one more example of how being white in Dodge City means you're treatedlike complete crud wherever you go

Staff very helpful and courteous with good attitude. Most of the icecream is probably great. Creme Brule is quite good. However, I was greatly disappointed in what was supposedly pistachio flavored product. While that I have enjoyed from the local Wal-Mart not only tastes like pistachios but actually has said nuts in it, yours seemed more like just a mild vanilla w/some green food coloring. Come on, guys! Get with it!

I LOVE that Dodge has a CSC and a RMCF now! Thanks for the yummy ice cream and chocolate treats; we appreciated the prompt and friendly service and will definitely be back soon; and if you're reading this, please give these folks some business so that Dodge can keep great, new spots like this! :
