Jack's - Dodge City

The restaurant provided excellent service with a staff that was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the dining room was exceptionally clean.

The server repeated my order back to me, but got it completely wrong. I asked for fries and a soda, but I ended up throwing the burger out because it wasn't what I ordered.

I'm sorry to report that this location did not hold up to Jacks quality I've had at other locations. I don't do bad reviews usually I call and tell places the issues so they have a chance to correct it for the next patron. We were one of the first customers at opening time. The grits were watery no consistency. The hashbrowns soggy, greasy, weird taste from the oil cooked in. The sausage gravy a little thin but doable. Biscuits, sausage, eggs were good. Hopefully it was just an odd morning for preparation.

There was a long line of cars at the drive-thru, but I was able to receive quick service inside the restaurant.

Burger was overcooked and the facilities were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly.
