From crossing the town of Poligny to Courchevel and towards the Vosges I made my meal pose and I was not on it with an irreproachable welcome, a warm and non ostentatious setting, the 3 girls get into 4 to make you spend a good time. We went there on a Sunday, I had a priori when I arrived. Then the order taken from the first dish served was the good surprise, delicious. The rest was just as good. And everyone went the same way. Besides, the very nice and helpful boss. A nice surprise. Feels the love of doing well on every plate.
