I ordered food 19 october 2021 for my family in Barcelona hotel. The person (Taj hotel) brought food (packed) for 33 while I paid him 35€. When we opened food packet one dish was missing. I called the person and he sid that he is driving and he Will Call me back but he never called me. I myself called him Many times but he didnt Pick my phone. I sent him messages but no response. It is FRAUD/CHEATING with the customer.
