Took way too long at the Americus GA. Noticed they moved orders off the screen so corporate did not see how long they were taking and kept up with the orders through a string of receipts. If it was my franchise I would fire everyone and start over

If I could have cut the one star in half I would have. I have just left your “fast food restaurant “ in Abbeville, Al. which according to the sticker is managed by Terrell Roberson. I don’t know nor have I ever seen him at the restaurant. It just took me 20 minutes from the time I placed my order and finally received it and drove off. I worked for the public in various businesses and when you try to time your busy time with employees more than usual you will fail. With a food business they are normally 3 busy times during the day. But in the evening time you will need more employees due to people ordering food and then to do a very good job of cleaning up after you lock the doors to customers. Nothing worse than to walk into a business and the floor wet with water and cleaner. I am finished now with my ranting and ordering any kind of food from your store in Abbeville, Alabama. K. LOTT and I am in the phone book.

Only gave 1 Star because none is not an option! We frequent the Hardee’s in West Tallahassee on a regular basis when in town. Every time there is an issue with our order and no one in the restaurant seems to care. It took 25 minutes to get our order today and it was wrong. They seemed annoyed that I checked and asked them to get the rest of my order. The service is slow and the staff is inept. There aren’t many choices close by so I guess it doesn’t matter how the service is. I will give my blood pressure a rest and drive the 10 minutes to McDonalds in the future.

Hardee's on Airport Thruway in Columbus Ga is the WORST!! Toxic people and experience us terrible!!

I ordered at the drivers through today. The young lady that took my order was very courteous and respectful. When I got to the window she was most pleasant. But the as of looked inside the restaurant through the window, a lady stepped through the front counter opening and helped herself to coffee. No one tried to stop her as a matter of fact everyone seen her that was up front and seemed that this was a regular occurrence. She had long dingy blonde hair and she had on all white shirts and pants. Those clothes were dirty and she was too. As she helped herself to coffee she flipped her hair back and forth. Of course NO HAIR NET WAS ON HER. I told the attendant at the window that what she was doing was wrong and it almost made me want my money back. Me or my family won't be back. Have a nice day. This is the restaurant in Bainbridge Ga.
