At this tim hortons to brunch stopped during the journey from quebec to new york. service was excellent, language barriers were enthusiastically overcome, prices were cheap, eating was great. I really liked the bilingual menus. this is a fantastic place for brunch on the slope....Try the oatmeal with fruit. I scratched the bowl!
I understand that Tim Horton's is a popular chain across the country, but I don't see why there are always long lines! When we stopped by to grab a coffee, we noticed...
Clearly, this Tim Horton is losing control. The staff is very young, inexperienced, and seems to need supervision. I ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps only to be told there was only one available. When asked if I wanted sauce for the potatoes, the server seemed reluctant to list all the options, as if it was a hassle to mention them all. In the end, the barbecue sauce I requested was not available. To top it off, I asked for a fruit explosion muffin and was served a raisin. The dining area appeared disorganized, dirty, and the staff seemed to laugh when telling us certain items were not available, showing a lack of pride in representing the brand. I couldn't even order a dozen donuts, as there were only 4 choices available. In summary, my worst experience ever at a Tim Horton's. Sorry for the harsh critique, I can give good reviews too when it's deserved, but this was truly a disappointing visit.
Worst service ever. Bathrooms almost to the point of being condemned, they were so filthy. Staff was running around behind counter not waiting on people. After at least ten minutes, we were waved over to order. Mid order the employee simply walked away from the cash not to return. Another employee a few minutes later came over and restarted the process. Thank god I am just passing through.
