The restaurant was empty when I arrived what is good, it was a Wednesday night in donnybrook. service was satisfactory and they had kingfisher beer that is one for each Indian restaurant. the menu was extensive, but I got on my way to Beef...Vindaloo I asked for extra hot I have a high tolerance, it was best mild. great aromas the sose was delicious and the 5 bit bark meats were deliciously cooked when I finally found them. mango chutney good, papadams good, very good. Knock Naan-Brot an incredible, I'm not sure if they were in another Indian restaurant and see how Naan-Brot should be? the burned poplar bits were disgusting and pampered, which would have been a tasty eating, even light for meat. they didn't blame me for the naan because I didn't eat them, but shouldn't be too hard to get right. at $23 for a pornstar it should contain much more meat than it did. I wouldn't go back.
We visited this restaurant last night. at the arrival at the door said a rough noteboard no byo, as the restaurant was completely licensed, so we returned our drinks to the car. we went in and took our places. there were 4 adult and 2...children we use our drink order with our food order and demand that the children nuggets and chips and an salate be served as soon as they were ready. Finally we were told that they had run out of white wine (on Saturday night at 18 o'clock). we asked if we could get our bottle of wine from the car. we were told, but we have to pay a cork fee. the animals that had been ordered sat on the bar for good 10 to 15 minutes before my man went up and asked for them. at this time we were not impressed. we waited for 50 minutes to arrive for our food, which included the child's meals. (we wanted to order our food first, so have no idea how long the other tables had to wait as soon as they arrived.) the youngest child had to be taken for a walk while waiting for eating as he had become a bit slow. when the food arrived, it was quite normal to nothing to rave. I am very sorry for the young girl who had to serve everyone. of course, this restaurant would not recommend anyone and we will not be back.
We thought we had made a mistake when we first came to the restaurant when we were the only ones. there was no one to greet us first, then a pretty slim young man, dressed in a t-shirt and shorts showed us on a table and gave us a menu. we have chosen our meal and gave to the waiter our order only to get another man of Indian accusations to confirm our order. eating is fantastic, we had lammrogan josh and fish curry. the lamb was so tender that it was melted in our mouth and the fish cure was on the place. the rice was cooked to perfection. if they are looking for a chic restaurant, then this is not the place for them, but if eating is more important than the environment I recommend the Indian restaurant in donnybrook. they also take.
We had perfect curries. This is rare in a country town. Nice roti and helpful service. Highly recommended.
