It literally melted in your mouth and was very easy to cut through. The batter on the onion rings was light n tasty, the chunky chips were crispy on the outside and soft and steamy on the inside and the pasta had a subtle spicy kick. It really was a memorable meal and I would highly recommend travelling from afar to try it for yourself!
This was the surprising highlight of a poor trip to New Grange, we stopped off without reservation on a Friday evening and the place was empty. The decor is really nice and the young lady waiting tables was lovely, the food was really good and reasonably priced. The starters arrived in a timely manner ribs for myself and stuffed mushrooms for she who must be obeyed, my wife played safe with batter fish and chips, I went with rib eye steak sandwich which was incredible, pre sliced and so tender it practically fell apart. Will eat here again.
The sausages were very tasty plus good service and decent environment. We ordered traditional Irish Breakfast which cost 9.95EUR.
Just back from my first visit to Boyne Brasserie where we had Sunday lunch. It's a gem of a place, very welcoming staff fabulous food and comfortable as well. Great selection on the menu from crab claws to traditional turkey and ham and fab home made desserts to finish off you won't be disappointed. We'll be back for more
We ordered the potato skins and they were very good all 2 of them at €6.95. I had a blackened Cajun chicken wrap that came with chips at €8.95 which was really good and very good value. My son had a steak sandwich which he said was very good. I have ate in the restaurant previous to this and that was a good experience also.
