L'orchidee - Doornik

This restaurant is exceptional, situated on the central square of Tournai. The spacious outdoor terrace with water features is particularly refreshing on hot days. The young and energetic staff ensures prompt service without any delays. The menu offers a wide selection, making it easy to choose a dish. Personally, I highly recommend trying their delicious ice cream. Special thanks to the manager for treating me to a drink with a design of the iconic bridge that is no longer standing.

The restaurant provides excellent service and offers great value for the quality of food. We opted for the American dish on the menu, which was a delicious mix of savory and sweet flavors. If you're French, don't be afraid to ask for bread to accompany your meal.

Beautiful terrace on the magnificent Place de Tournai, good reception with a small child, no worries to install it in a high chair and suitable menu. For us nice suggestion for the dish of the day at 11€. Clean toilet and restaurant, nice time.
