5300 Chop House At The Blue - Doral

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant at a Hyatt resort. The food was exceptionally well-prepared and absolutely delicious. Our group of 15 enjoyed every meal, but the fish dishes stood out as truly remarkable. The crab-crusted snapper was unforgettable. The prices are reasonable, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. The ambiance is comfortable, with inviting bar and conversation areas.

Amazing food! The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is exceptional. The homemade pasta is absolutely delicious! The steaks and chicken are incredible too! This place is the best-kept secret in Doral.

Incredible experience! The brisket, ravioli, calamari, and sliders were absolutely exceptional. Angie's mojito was delightful!

I had a great experience during happy hour! I visited today and enjoyed $5 appetizers along with some drink specials. Be sure to try the steak sliders—they're incredible! The brisket bites, bruschetta, and iceberg wedges were also really delicious. While the beer selection was somewhat lacking, it didn’t detract from an overall delightful experience.
