Chipotle Mexican Grill - Doral

I'm a big fan of Chipotle, so I was excited when a new location opened near my home. For a while, everything was great, but my visit yesterday completely changed my opinion. It seems like this location might be understaffed, or the employees simply lack motivation. I understand that there may be a high employee turnover rate, and some staff might be more capable than others, but cleanliness is definitely lacking among the current team. The tables in the dining area were dirty, and while I was waiting in line (with four people ahead of me), no one made an effort to clean them. The assembly process was the worst I've experienced; at other Chipotle locations, the staff is usually very diligent and quick to maintain cleanliness, but that was not the case here. To cap it all off, the soda machine was a mess, with water flowing out like a waterfall.

I can't believe this location consistently runs out of guacamole, chips, queso, and chicken anytime after 4 PM. It seems like they just don't want to prepare more food after that time. Maybe they think they won’t sell it before closing, but every time I visit between 6 PM and 8 PM, they are out of everything. It’s not that they have actually run out; it feels more like they simply don’t want to make any more food.

My experience at this location was disappointing. The staff appeared unsanitary, and the food quality was lacking. The rice was mushy, similar to mashed potatoes, and the peppers were overcooked. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The waiting time to order was 30 minutes. Only one person serving the orders and 30 people waiting?.they truly need to hire help. They must value people?s time !!! Ridiculous

This location is always out of ingredients! Be it beans(no point of having a bowl/burrito if opting for veggie option), guac, sour cream, fajitas and so on.. And this is not the first time. They are repeatedly out of ingredients on a regular basis. I am not going to this location ever again.
