King Bbq - Doral

Badly educated staff!!! The two blondes on the Jan-31-2023 day shift at 6 PM,,, two hypocrites, bitter with a face that they don't even like to answer. I don't know if that owner knows what his counter employees answer to customers. Too rude to be employed in a mall where people go to spend money. The last straw that one of those blondes, who doesn't know if she still has the papers, told me that I'm heavy (that is, the employee calling me as a client ?‍ . That one doesn't deserve to work or to clean the street. I mean the blonde with the crooked face. The other blonde with glasses, simply heavy but very heavy. In a few words people, don't waste your money and your time to look at the faces of those rude girls who I'm sure talk everything against you once you leave the King Bbq counter. Be careful, Chinese owner, those ornamental “dolls” are going to send you bankrupt.

What a terrible situation I went through with this food place. I been to this place over 10 years, this time My wife found a baby roach on her food and she took it back to the manager to get a refund, we had no intent to make it a big deal, but manager on duty (lady and a chef) tried to replace one part of the food instead. I had to interfere and ask for the refund, both managers started talking Chinese with an unfriendly attitude and did not handle the situation accordingly. The chef both of the dishes and said they were going to throw them away themselves, extremely unsanitary to take my food back we're you have ready to eat food exposed. We did not expected a five start service but no where near expected that this 2 folks see a roach on my food and think it's just not a big deal. At the end I did got my refund, although I had a soda on my bill and I expected the full money considering the terrible situation. Both managers did not apologize either

The chicken was delicious! I ordered a mix: half with orange sauce and half with a broster flavor. The portions were generous, and I left feeling very full. My friend tried the spicy chicken and BBQ chicken, both of which were excellent. I especially loved the spicy chicken, and I plan to come back just to have it again. It had the perfect level of heat—not too mild and not too intense—just right and very flavorful. The staff was also friendly and attentive, offering samples that definitely caught my interest and led me to make a purchase. Overall, a great experience!

The food tends to be mostly fried and is cooked in quite a bit of unhealthy oil.

The bourbon chicken was fantastic! This is definitely the best restaurant in the mall. Choose this place over any other!
