Updating Customer Service and Store Manager will continue to communicate with me about my bad experience. You promise to make it better and apologize. 4 stars for good setting, will give 5 stars until they fix the App Ready for Pick Up Alarm function. Many people face similar problems. Wish Papa Johns Better Original Sort by App, ready for pickup after 15 min, but they won't tell me. Wait 30 minutes ahead, then give me a wrong pizza, have to wait 30 minutes for the remake. Stand 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple pizza, feeling like no fast pass in Disney. Terrible, but at least pizza is good.

Last couple times we have ordered the woman on the phone has been polite, professional, and precise! Of course the food is delicious as well! Thank you!!

Social distancing and face masks enforced. Food was good. Staff not so friendly.
