Contribuisci feedbackThe buffet food was not kept at the proper temperature, and there was mayonnaise included. The quality of the meat has declined compared to earlier visits, and the selection is no longer the same. The dishes were overcooked, and even when guests requested less done meat, the staff hurriedly assured them that there was none available. There didn’t seem to be any management monitoring the grill station. However, the service was good.
Overall, we had a disappointing experience. It took a long time for our waitress to take our order for the filet mignon. The staff was unfriendly, and no one came to our table to check on us or address our concerns. I won't be returning.
The grill was nearly empty, with dried-out, old food. The staff member serving the meat had a bad attitude and wasn't very accommodating. They also raised the lunch prices significantly because it was January 2nd.
It felt like we were eating at a Dennys. The buffet food quality was not that good. The wine was cheap. They used to give out better wine, or offered Sangria at least. Our server was fine and attentive, but the guys at the back of the grill acted like we were bothering them. There were flies everywhere. The dessert was decent. My husband has been sick for the past two days since eating here. I would recommend Texas de Brazil vs The Knife any day. We will not be going back. Update: My husband has been sick for the past 3 days after eating here and we now have to take him to the hospital.
I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful evening.
