Unfortunately the last visits in the village cafe were very unsightly, doubled from yesterday's visit. We were on site at about half 3 and wanted to order lunch table, as the chicken was already out, which is perfectly fine for the time, we both ordered the bacon pancake salad, a Cola Zero, and a still water. Cola Zero was once again out, because it was probably not cooled and instead we were offered a light, thanked and ordered a water. Then the bacon pancakes came. Mine looked more or less fine, which by my partner looked very unsightly, was decorated wild with salad. All right, let's do it, I wouldn't give it to the guest. Apart from that, both pancakes were burned over a large area, which unfortunately was also clearly tasted. The salads were blurred and brown, we didn't eat. To the demand of the service, whether everything is okay, we have listed them previous points, in response we got a ok and bill without asking. No excuse, no alternative offer or demand for dessert or other drinks. Not that it is absolutely necessary or we had expectation to you, but in the normal case, what is deleted from the bill or a coffee offered to the house (e.g. Since, unfortunately, during previous visits, we have always had negative experiences with the service personnel (eternal waiting for order intake, invoice, unfriendliness, etc.), it was time for us to write this review, as we are more than sad about the fact that the court cafe has developed in this negative direction, both in terms of the quality of the food and the partially impossible handling of the customers. We hope that this will change into positive again in the future, as we used to be guests of the village café.
It was a really great breakfast with everything that belongs to enough of everything; friendly service, and the prices are also above all recommendation and happy to return at any time.
The village café Nievenheim is a wonderful meeting place. Whether for breakfast, lunch, coffee with cake or buffet, everything tastes very delicious and the price is absolutely fair. The atmosphere is pleasant. We feel very comfortable there and always like to come.
We were here more often on Sunday afternoon for coffee and cakes. There is always a great selection of cakes and cakes. Quality, taste, size, price everything is right. Today we were there for the first time for breakfast and ordered the mill and farmer breakfast. Here too, everything was very much to our satisfaction and good quality from the sausage (top) to the bread rolls to the amount of butter and the eggs (on the point)....We were over a large portion of onion meat, which actually lt. Card in no breakfast was given, but has been arranged on the slate board and which was also top. Also convince the coffee (filter) and the cappuccino. The staff is always friendly, well informed and flink. The owner maintains a beautiful and natural handling with your guests and if you go through the café forgets you don't greet anyone. A nice word for every guest is of course for you. There is a lot of passion to feel. We would like to mention that today (on Christmas Eve) 50 guests were surely in the café for breakfast and really everything went. A very pleasant ambience no trace of hectic for the guest. We thank you very much and wish you all the best for the year 2024.
We were now, the second time in the village cafe Sülzhof (family invitation) and both times it was not very pleasant. On 26.12 the buffet was not quickly filled up, everything dressed a bit sweet, the cutlery at the table was dirty, glasses too. Table was not cleared that we put the plates on the bench. We've been sitting down a little bit. The white bread, in a bag in the bread basket, was completely crumbled and the orange juice tasted bitter. Especially the selection of everything was not, special extras were almost not offered, especially like at 70s parties, half eggs with a stick Remoulade or donuts from the discounter. It could have been better off the whole organization and buffet. We will also, with family invitation, not go to breakfast again.
