Daniels Fish Chips - Dorset

"I have mixed feelings about this place. On Tuesday, I had an amazing experience with their fresh fish and chips—large portions and a great price. However, when I visited again on Friday, the staff seemed to be working extremely hard, but the service was slower, which was understandable. Unfortunately, the fish was a bit dry, and the chips weren't as good as before."

I really don't get the negative reviews. We ordered the regular cod with a side of fries for four people, and it was fantastic! Everything was fresh and served piping hot, and the portion size was just right for each of us. I can't imagine how anyone could think the regular option was anything less than excellent. I definitely recommend it if you're in Castletown and looking for an affordable dining option.
