Alex - Dortmund

We went there and after the waitress had asked for our drinks, we waited a lot for them and they had to call him twice to order food, although there are many waitresses that was good, the burger was in order and the chickenburger also delicious?

Visited alex at the weekend of May 27 and 28. I ordered caesar salad, who had more dressing than salat in his arrival. it was terrible. I asked the waiter to change it, and he refused. he told me it was that. then immediately came a doorstep from the doorway on us, who told us we should remove a bottle of water we had carried around with us, no bag to put it in. in the night before we had cocktails... we asked for a updating of the bill. it seemed that we didn't spend as much as we thought, and ordered two cocktails. when we left, however, they told us that they had forgotten that they had opened bills and that the actually due amount was much higher they did not care about customers from our experience. it smiles everything while they take their money, but if something goes wrong or they are dissatisfied with something, they are rude, intimidating and reject any kind of customer service.

We came to the breakfast on a Sunday morning. the waiter told us that they were almost booked, but he could move some tables to bring us in. we went with her brunch, who was very tasty with much fruit and little dressed. the coffee was good compared to German conditions and the service was very sharp.

We have visited Alex to the breakfast - and it was a very nice experience. a bit crowded (actually a lot) and much busy, but eating was always up to date (no missing selection) and plentiful - among them 5 (or so) warm meals and even more cold, including various kitchens. they can eat as much as they want, but they only get an orange juice drink - all other drinks can be bought.

A beautiful ambiente. good beer and beautiful cake. the service was fast and friendly. this was a more convenient place to relax and eat a beer and a petty before going to the game by subway. good for families too.
