Contribuisci feedbackThe park in theremund I can only recommend in limited scope because not everything is so big. the view is actually quite simple, except for the restaurant. the rooms are still ok with the size, but the value ratio is not true. the gym has a 2x3 meter large swimming pool where it can be quite narrow. I find the meeting rooms best because they are modern and the technology is also true. the personal tries to be friendly, but does not really do it.

I had initially expressed the wish to get a space as far as possible in an upper floor. the room in the 5th floor was very nice, but had no wardrobe. on request it was not a problem to change into a room with wardrobe (2nd floor). nothing. in the second night I had then received a small party in the early morning hours on the revolving balcony in the 1st stage (free access). this was repeated the next morning (4 o'clock). my room smells like zigarette, what was going on was over. the worst was, however, that the nightporter obviously had no influence on it, because he was not finished despite twice a call. the next morning I could then admire the many expressed tilting on the bistrotically under our balcony. conclusion: since the guests get thirst and have lost their social consciousness, the personal must be better trained to deal with such situations.
Very good hotel. I was in the oktober at a seminar in this hotel and I really can't say anything negative. the employees are super organized and attentive. rarely seen so motivated employees. the room was very spacious and there was a coffee machine with capsules. eating was very good and I still speak about this hotel in the januar!
