Parkhotel Wittekindshof - Dortmund

Great hotel, very good food. we have experienced 2 beautiful nights and a wonderful eating on the occasion of a homemade high time. again happy.

I came here most recently for lunch with my mother (even though several years ago we also celebrated several family occasions here). On our last visit we ate in the Wittekindstube, where I had breaded pork escalope (huge portion) with home made potato salad and mother had a very tasty pasta dish. Other items on the menu also looked very tempting. The local beer accompanied my dish very well. The service is always friendly and welcomming. We are yet to come on a Sunday to try the recommended Brunch.

After struggling a bit with the parking outside (which was full), I had a dinner with a business colleague who lives nearby and recommended the place. The service was warm and helpful, and we received good recommendations. For starters I had the pumpkin soup, which was excellent and was served with some pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil. For a main course I had the goose (per recommendation of the waitress), which was excellent, and the portion was too large for me to finish my dinner. All in all we had a good time and highly recommend it!

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. the staff was friendly and the room was clean, large and modern with balcony and beautiful bathroom. we used the restaurant on the first night and eating was very good. the hotel is located on a strong road, but double/three glazing stopped the noise and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. there is a beautiful terrace and a beer garden on the back of the hotel and the street noise is minimal. the breakfast was very good. I would use this hotel again if I were to stay in this part of there.
