Ryu - Dorval

Located by Gate 50, I've tried the gluten-free Veggie Poke Bowl several times, and it's quite tasty. They also offer gluten-free soy sauce if you request it.

The freshly prepared sushi was exactly what I was looking for. The paper menu clearly indicates which items can be made gluten-free. Just a heads up: they do not offer gluten-free soy sauce if you order sushi. I tried the Vancouver Roll and the Creole Tuna Roll, and both were delicious—I didn't have any issues afterwards.

Very good poke bowl, fresh and delicious. They seemed to pay close attention to avoiding cross-contamination.

They don't offer a gluten-free menu or gluten-free soy sauce. There are only three dishes available that can be made gluten-free, and they are all vegetarian options.

The staff at the counter were very knowledgeable about what was gluten-free and what wasn't. They prepared a delicious spicy tuna bowl for me and even offered gluten-free soy sauce. I wouldn't think twice about eating here again. It was fantastic!
