They do not have a system for receiving customer orders and preparing food in a timely and sequential order. They took my order and had forgotten to give me my order / food while they served people who came after me. You really need to take over a better system for taking and filling orders.
Visited once travelling through. I ordered a Thai pizza because it looked interesting. It was certainly odd but probably would not reorder. Problem was there went many pizza choices available, as they were out of stock. All are premade (on site? Delivered frozen? So you select a pie and the employee throws it into an oven for a few min. The ingredients don't necessarily taste fresh. Honestly I've had cheap frozen grocery store pizza fresher. At $15 CAD for about a 7-8 inch pie at an airport, it's okay. The prices in general for all airport food is a bit high but I would still argue this isn't a great value. I was able to eat a whole pie myself : .
One of the worst pizzas I?ve had. Was burnt on top and chewy on the bottom. No flavour at all, actually it kinda tasted like the box which kinda had this plastic taste. Pretty horrible considering they are charging $14 tax. Places like this make me wish there some sort of standard for airport food.
I'm new to Montreal, so I stopped YUL Pizza. I was impressed. Really good pizza. affordable and big enough for a person. I recommend it.
