Jack's - Double Springs

I really enjoy Jack's. The staff are quick and friendly, and my orders have been correct every single time, except for the salt and pepper.

My cookies and Gravy were really good and hit. The friendly staff was quickly waited. And the place was really clean.

The drive thru is so slow it takes 30 minutes or longer and my order is not half the time and there was a hair on my cup and on a chicken sandwich

Staff need to spend more time in work and not go with customers. I stood there for over 10 minutes and waited for someone to take my order, but instead of two of the female employees did nothing but to keep their mouth shut. I finally lost my cool and went off and stormed out. They have to work where they don't run their mouth. I also saw where many others complained about the same thing that went back to 5 months ago. Obviously you didn't do anything at that time and you did something about it now. This is worthless management and employees. I hope it will be well closed.

We placed our order through the app, which was really convenient, and it was ready on time. The food was decent for fast food. However, the woman at the window who handled our payment seemed a bit irritated with her job. A smile can go a long way, even when you're not feeling it; it might just brighten your day.
