Hot Wok - Douglas

I ordered my New Year's meal 6.5 hours in advance, but they were so overwhelmed that I didn’t receive my order, and many others didn't either. I highly recommend not ordering on a holiday.

The food is consistently delicious and fresh. I believe their prices are quite reasonable, and I feel fortunate every time I dine there. The staff is very kind, and I trust them completely. Each time I visit, I can see that they are adhering to COVID safety guidelines.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but after a few visits, I found it to be rather unremarkable. I had the chance to dine in, but I'm just not sure I can trust this restaurant.

Food good, prices twice as much as it would cost at any other Asian restaurant

We had a wonderful evening here; the food was delicious and truly deserving of a warm recommendation. We didn't mind that there was only one server handling drinks, taking orders, and processing payments. It required a bit of patience since the place was quite busy, but it was well worth it.
