Jersey Mike's Subs - Douglasville

Placed an online order for pickup last night, when I got there at 8:40 pm, the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, the employees looked at me but didn't open the doors. I could see my food sitting by the door. Before I could knock again, a guy walked up to the store and I told him the doors were locked. He knocked on the door really hard and pointed at the food by the door. An employee decided to open the door and give us our food. Why, just why would you close 20 minutes early and ignore customers at the door??? Especially when there is food to be picked up??!!!

I had never been to Jersey Mike’s before and after my wife and mother in law ordered I was still looking over the menu when the worker asked for the money and acted like I didn’t exist. So consequently I did not order anything and I will never go back.

Change hours of operation. Don't waste my time. Terrible business, rude staff

Went in. Waited in line and placed my order. While they were making my sandwich I tried to pay. The machine didn't want to read my card so i had to run out to my car to get another card. Went back in to pay for my sandwich that was now ready and they wanted me to wait until every customer in line was done. In the meantime my hot sub was getting cold. All I needed to do was pay but they wanted the now long line to be done ordering and paying for their orders. I am on a lunch break. I left my sub and will not be back!!!

Fast service and great food. The Philly was awesome.
