Sbarro - Douglasville

I have been there several time and usually find the food and service consistent. I ordered a whole pizza for the first time a week ago with half pepperoni and half (beef/sausage) combination. The pizza was really good but when I got home I noticed the balance between the two halves lots of pepperoni but not as much toppings on the on half. I will try them again but specify that I request a balance of topping prior to paying. They are worth trying in my option.

I'm love some mall/airport pizza and Sbarro never disappoints. A young man by the name of Jabrell (spelling? took my order, he was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He never rushed me when I couldn't make up my mind and even gave some suggestions. Any other place they would have talked quick or said I don't know...I am VERY BIG on customer service. Our younger generation do not do a very good job so I had to rave about this young male. His parents/guardians/manager or whoever the village is that raised this kid, did an exceptional job. I tried to tell the manager but he was on a conference call. Keep good employees and good products and the customers will come back. I know I will! Thx!
