Waffle House - Douglasville

Came in 15 minutes to 5:00 and was told that they were switched off to clean. I've never said they were closed to clean and couldn't serve me. Ridiculous, Needless won?t waste my time in this place.

I love Waffle House hospitality, but that day the server was a very rude lady. It made my experience really uncomfortable and I doubt that I will be back. I usually get warm, friendly, family vibes from this place, but around 10:13 on 10/31, the most rude and ridiculous attitude from their server.

Food is always good, very good service and the staff was very friendly. We're coming back!

ABSLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. You closed the blinds for me. When we said it was cold. And we are just nice in general

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. There was no wait time for seating and we had our food within 15 minutes of arriving. We placed to go orders as well which were perfect and hot when we got back to our place. My only reason for 4 stars is there was no turkey option for the meat. Everything was pork or no meat at all which was disappointing but other than that it was a great breakfast trip
