I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The pulled pork brisket plates were incredibly delicious, accompanied by beans, rice, and coleslaw. The portion sizes were perfect. I highly recommend it!

While traveling from Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients Museum to Canyonlands National Park, we were looking for a quick meal and stumbled upon this delightful eatery along the way. The food was truly amazing; we ordered pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and sweet tea. To our delight, our meals came with an extra side of sauce that was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed our lunch at a picnic table outside, which was not only clean but also nicely shaded. The couple running the food truck were incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.
